How soon can we book you in?
We’re often booked up during spring and summer but we always work with you to plan ahead and find a time that works for you.
Smaller jobs can be booked in relatively quickly but larger jobs which require more planning will need a little longer.

How do you work out the costs for quotes?
Every job is worked out based on the square metres that require cleaning. The surfaces can also play a factor.
Our prices are based on:
- Surface type.
- The size of the area.
- The cleaning methods required.
We try to accurately work out the work needed and the time required.
We also honour our quotes. If our measurements are off then that is our fault and you will not be charged more than we quoted.
Are you able to work on all surfaces?
Yes.
Different cleaning methods may be required to clean different types of areas but we can work on virtually any surface and restore it to it’s natural condition.
Can pressure washing do damage to the property?
Yes. This is why we take every precaution to work safety and carefully.
Ensuring that we use the correct pressures, chemicals and water flows is essential to providing the best clean possible without any long term damage.
How do I get a quote for my commercial requirements?

We usually need a site visit but it may be possible to work from satellite views in some cases.

Our cleaning techniques will ensure that the effects are long-lasting and the enzymes we use will keep a lot of moss and lichen at bay for longer than a power wash normally would.
Are you able to deal with tough stains like oil or graffiti?
Absolutely.
Graffiti is no problem, it’s actually a service we specialise in.
Oil and chemical staining can be more tricky but we’re able to effectively remove about 90% of oil stains to the point where it’s either gone or barely visible.
